Terms

Terms of Use

Effective August 23, 2026

These terms govern access to Caught’s agency reporting workspace, reporting features, and unlisted finalized client reports. Caught is currently an agency-operated reporting tool, not an open self-service advertising platform.

Authorized use

Only an authorized agency operator may access the private operator workspace. The operator is responsible for obtaining appropriate client authorization before connecting an account, property, website, location, lead source, or business record. Client report recipients may use an unlisted report only for the intended business-review purpose.

Google and other third-party services

Caught may retrieve data from services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Business Profile after authorization. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, delay, adjust, limit, or remove data. Caught is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Read-only Google Ads reporting

Caught’s Google Ads integration is for reporting. It does not provide API controls to create, edit, pause, or remove campaigns, ads, keywords, bids, budgets, billing, users, or account settings. Recommendations shown in Caught require separate human review and are not automatically applied to Google Ads.

Reports and metric definitions

Caught reports are informational business-review tools, not accounting, legal, financial, or investment advice. Provider-reported events may differ from connected calls, accepted forms, qualified leads, booked work, sales, or revenue. Source labels and disclosures are part of the report and should not be removed when results are shared.

Finalized snapshots

A finalized report preserves the reviewed values and narrative for its reporting period. Later changes in source attribution or historical data do not automatically rewrite that finalized snapshot. A corrected or replacement report must be intentionally prepared and released.

Unlisted report links

An unlisted report link acts as a bearer link. Recipients are responsible for keeping it within the intended audience. Caught may disable access when a link is disclosed improperly, a client relationship ends, or security requires it.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass authentication, discover another client’s information, interfere with synchronization or delivery systems, introduce malicious code, scrape private areas, misuse report links, or use Caught in violation of law or third-party terms.

Availability and warranties

Caught is provided on an “as available” basis. Reporting can be delayed or incomplete because of missing authorization, third-party outages, attribution changes, API limits, unavailable metrics, operator review requirements, or incomplete business records. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Caught is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on an incomplete report, third-party data, unavailable service, or an action taken outside Caught. These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the effective date above identifies the current version.
